Claudelands Events Centre is currently in the process of a major reconstruction. The new venue re-opening in April 2011 will become Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre and will include an indoor auditorium/arena seating 5000, a dedicated conference centre for up to 900 and 2 new 2000sqm exhibition halls, integrating with the existing 6000sqm of internal and external spaces. An internal concourse foyer covering the entire length of the building will connect the new spaces. In addition, a number of breakout rooms and lounges will compliment each of the venues. Montana Catering is our exclusive on site caterer and can provide you with an exciting range of menus options for every event. Vidcom have recently been appointed as our preferred audio visual supplier for the new conference centre. Vidcom will be based on site and will provide solutions for your specific audio visual needs. On completion, the architecturally designed facility will be truly state-of-the-art and capable of hosting a wide range of events, conferences, concerts and exhibitions.
